  Anthony was the Senior Technician who repaired our toilet tank. He was thorough in explaining what he would be replacing and what the charges would be. He even put in a better water supply line than the one that was in place. He was done in approximately 1 hour, which included having to have 1 particular part dropped off he just didn't happen to have. He explained that his supply was exhausted for having to use this part on a higher than normal number of instances on his service calls this week I would highly recommend Ray the Plumber for your plumbing needs. This was the 2nd outstanding instance of customer service as we used them last year for a different bathroom plumbing issue. I even received a call back from their office to see if I was satisfied with the outcome.

  Mike D. conducted himself in a professional and friendly manner. He diagnosed the problem and explained every detail of the work to be done in a concise and very easy to understand manner. The work was cleanly and well done exactly as described. Mike D. is an asset to the Ray the Plumber staff. This was the second job I've had done with Ray the Plumber, and I would not hesitate to use them in the future. I highly recommend this company.

  Mike B was great. Came in to inspect a repair that had been made a week earlier that had not fixed my leak. He assured me that Ray the Plumber would stand behind their policy and that he would fix the problem. He came back to work on the plumbing and did a great job. I am very pleased with his professionalism.

  Very happy with the quality and skill of Michael the repairman sent to us. I love how we were told who would be coming by name and picture. He was punctual and took care of all the problems we were having including helping with troubles that we hadn’t mentioned before but he noticed. Great job! Would highly recommend and will use again! Thank you!
