  Frank Milio is the best salesperson. His patience and understanding was extraordinary as we moved through the process of making this new car decision. He checked into our requests, gave us information, did it again, tried something different, more information, a couple of test drives and he allowed us to find our comfort zone. Frank is a consummate professional and very knowledgeable about his product. He deserves 6 stars, but I can only give five! Wonderful experience at Ray Catena BMW of Westchester.

  I would like to publicly recognize the fantastic work that Joe Puleio and George G. have done for me in the past years. My car is always taken care of, the service is fantastic. Joe always take the time to explain to me what is causing the perceived problem and what they can do to fix it. I highly recommend him as your service consultant at Westchester BMW.

  I came here 2 months ago to buy my first car and it was a great experience. The staff are very helpful especially Frank. It was easy, straight forward, and were willing to help me in any way. Staff is polite to let you know to ask them about any concerns or questions you might have. I've recently came for service to change kidney grilles and the service staff were the same. Come here if you want to join the BMW family.

  I came into Ray Catena BMW store last week. I stop by because I wanted to look and explore the new X2. As I walked in I was greeted by two lovely young ladies by the names of Mia and Krystal. The ladies were very delightful. I explained to them that I just wanted to browse and check out the new X2. They kindly offered me beverages. Mia took me over to explore the X2. Very friendly atmosphere at the dealership. I will be returning very soon. Keep up the great work and thank you to Mia and Krystal.

  Thank you Rosa in Parts and Edwin in Service! I had to get to Long Island since my mom was in the hospital and my oil light was on. Edwin took me right away and topped me off. He then noticed that my back brake light was not working. Rosa quickly found.a bulb for me and he quickly installed it. Before I left, Edwin wanted to check my system one more time and found another light was out. I would have had to come back if it wasn't for his diligent work. Rosa was so sweet and funny and made going to get my car fixed easy. When the light wasn't in stock she called the back room for a rush. Yes, you pay more at a dealership but the great service is worth it.
