  This place is no better than a kiosk. Went in for a simple battery change and was given back a scratched watch. They denied any wrong doing and implicitly accused me of lying. They didn't even want to drop the $20 charge at first. Note that the sales rep even confirmed the initially scratch-less condition. - I am surprised this place can call itself an authorized Tissot retailer!!??

  Customer service needs help. Charging $25 to change a battery that I brought in. And to question if it is the "right" battery even though it stated on the back of the watch. Pathetic. Went down the street which was less costly (@ $10) and had a wonderful experience with honest service.

  I think it's a nice place. But I also think they charged me $20 just to change battery because the watch I wanted to switch battery was a Kenneth Cole Reaction.
