  I had the mischief to go to an interview with James Ratliff. I had a full time job with full benefits but wanted to change my job to pursue legal work I used to do in the past. Ratliff, along with his secretary, Bernadette, interviewed me. The next following days I received a voice mail message from Ratliff that he was offering me the position of the Paralegal with much less salary and no benefits. I called him back and accepted the offer as I thought it would be a good opportunity for me to go back to do legal work again. I told Ratliff that I needed to give 2 weeks notice to my then current employer. He agreed. I had to start with him on 9/12/16. I then put my resignation letter with my employer with 2 weeks notice and called Ratliff to confirm on my start date and time with him. He agreed again! Only after a week later he called me early morning to tell me that he had changed his mind!!!! This scum, literally has put me out of work!!!!! NOW, I am looking to find work!!!!! This is unheard of!!!! And, to my questions why he would do something like that, he replied: "That's the way it is...". THAT'S THE WAY IT IS????? I HOPE THIS SCUM GOES OUT OF BUSINESS AND FROM MY MOUTH TO GOD'S EARS, THAT OTHER PEOPLE PUT HIM OUT OF HIS BUSINESS SO HE CAN FEEL ON HIS SKIN HOW IT FEELS TO BE IN THE STREETS AND LOOKING FOR WORK!!!! I hope my experience with James Ratliff serves an eye opener for other people before they trust their money and homes with this Monster!
