::RASA is the place to go for a large selection of quality flooring. Luis the manager really knows his products. He special ordered what we needed and had it professionally installed by well mannered installers that were careful and tidy. Was referred to them by our property manager. We're fans forever. Their specialty is multifamilies and large complexes.

::Inexpensive, but not very professional. I scheduled a carpet cleaning for the one bedroom apartment I was moving out of, a week in advance. When the scheduled date arrived, I had yet to hear from Rasa Floors, so I gave them a call to check on the status. They had to call the service technician to find out where he was and he called me back and told me he would arrive between 4 and 5 pm. Come 5:45, I had yet to receive the call that he was on the way, so I called back. The home office had no idea what was going on and had to call the service technician again. When I finally spoke to him, he said he was held up and lost track of time and so on and so forth, then asked me if I still wanted my carpet cleaned. Of course I did. I had already scheduled and expected to receive service hours earlier. Then he comes back, saying it would take him 30 minutes to get to my location and another hour to provide the service. I had to reschedule for the following morning, because I had a prior engagement at 7pm. Cut to the next morning, I receive the call from the technician at around 8:20 am and he says that he will arrive in 10-15 minutes. I arrive at the complex at 8:35 and saw a Rasa van. Turns out, he wasn't my technician and called the other guy to find out where he was. At almost 9, he finally shows up after I was told 10 minutes earlier that "he's turning in now". He takes a look at the place, then asks me if I got an estimate. Then he lights up a cigarette, throws the quote at me, and then says I can make the check out to him, and they will take it out of his paycheck. Do what now? Well, he did the job and it seemed okay, so I wrote the check to Rasa Floors for the amount. Puffing on yet another cigarette, he seemed disappointed that I "went ahead and wrote the check out to Rasa anyway" and not to him personally. When I went back to the apartment to lock up, I discovered that he had turned my thermostat down to 62 degrees. Really? My recommendation --- don't use Rasa Floors in San Antonio. I certainly won't be using them again. The low price might seem like a great deal, but you get what you pay for when it comes to service. Totally disorganized and unprofessional. What a joke.
