  It's really simple. They clean your drains to the street with the biggest possible cutter the first time. No up selling, no unnecessary upgrades, no magic drain potions or video of your disgusting sewer line to scare you into a new sewer line. Guess what, sewers look disgusting because you poop in them. They don't want to install a new sewer line, they just want to clean it out. Ask for Chuck, "The New Yorker," and you'll be in good hands.
