  Hello Steve, Eric and to All Rapid Response Team Members, The service you have ALL provided today for my mother, Grace M. has been above and beyond what I could have expected and I cannot thank you all enough. Immediately from my initial phone call, to the follow up and then to the actual transport, the extension of professionalism, kindness and expertise is AMAZING. It's been a long road taking care of my mom and I always try my best to get her the best care because that is what she deserves, what we all deserve. I have been through many challenges with poor care and Rapid Response made me aware again that there are people who do care. Thanks to All of you! Lauren :-)
