  Read these reviews before doing business with them. They collect money and do not remit it back to you. This has been going on FOR YEARS. Scammers and liars. NY attorney general was no help. Better Business Bureau was no help. Now I need a collection agency to go after a collection agency? What type of BS scam is this??

  NEVER USE THIS COMPANY!! The owner is a total fraud and thief, he pays out $0 of what he collects...and he has his supervisor and other employees lined up to take the fall when he finally gets caught.... The so called attorney, Sam Fields is actually disbarred and alternates between going to work and checking into the nut house.... The so called sales manager Sean Nolan not only deals drugs to fellow employees during working hours but also deals to other junkies while on the clock and on company property. Owner knows this and allows it to go on.... All in all a horrible company with a horrible reputation. STAY FAR AWAY

  DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! THEY WILL COLLECT FOR YOU, BUT THE CATCH IS THEY KEEP 100% OF THE FUNDS!! THEY WILL NOT FORWARD YOU THE MONEY THE YOU WORKED FOR!! I HAD THEM COLLECT FOR ME AND 9 MONTHS LATER I STILL DONT HAVE THE MONEY. CHANCES ARE I NEVER WILL A THEY ARE SCAM ARTISTS! I AM REPORTING TO THE FEDS TODAY!!!

  I wish that I could give ZERO stars! I am a small business owner and went with Rapid Recovery to try to collect from clients who had not paid. Rapid Recovery promptly collected on several past due accounts - but it has now been over FOUR MONTHS and they have not sent payment! This company is a SCAM! They do not answer phone calls or emails. The positive reviews listed are false - take your business elsewhere! These people lie and steal from hardworking business owners.

  By using the RRS Solutions, written demands are sent out automatically and we receive the payments right to our business. This system has proven to be quite successful for us as we have received payments on 100% of our Rapid Recovery Solutions account. This saves us staff time and makes it faster to collect our money. I would recommend Rapid Recovery Solutions to others in the home care business.
