  I recently did an application on line and got a email denying my loan. Then they call me and say if I came in to a location I most likely could get a loan. So I asked them what I needed to bring in because I'm on a time limit. She said just a pay stub because my information is already not the system. I get there and it's a whole neither story. They wanted all my information which I did not bring. What a waste of time I will never go back to this unorganized location ever again

  I have had difficulty in the last several weeks in finding out how much I owe on the 21 of March getting several different answers on multiple occasions. I finally became fed up and called customer service and filed a complaint with the District Manager. Both Customer Service and the District Manager were very understanding and eager to resolve my situation and they did. That being said, I've used Rapid Cash for years, specifically on Nellis Blvd and this is the first difficulty I have ever encountered with this branch. Yes it was frustrating, however, after years of using their service, o have only encountered 1 problem and with everyone I dealt with to get the problem fixed being so friendly and helpful I doubt many other payday loan companies could come close to equaling their friendliness and eagerness to help. Thank you Rapid Cash.

  Roger is a great manager and a leader. He was very helpful over the phone. Cassandra was amazing she was very knowledgeable and kind. She was so sweet and fast at what she does. Daisy was a great team player and helped out Cassandra and was beside her all the way.
