  Manager was rude. Closed at 6 and they told me they couldnt cash my check at 545 cause they were done for the night to go somewhere else. Then let me know its not a check cashing place... Funny i thought it was

  I hate this place! They make you think that they are helpful until there is a problem. Then they put you on the back burner. Managers suppose to call me. They withdrew money after I told them not to and to wait until next week. They don't put notes on your account when you call. So you will have to explain your story to every one that works there, over and over! I Hate this Place. Pay day loans.... Don't Do Them because there horible Customer service comes with it :(

  Extremely disappointing how they treated a RETURNING customer, in good standing might I add. Never again. If I had an option to give them no stars I would.

  Honestly never did I think of getting loans out! Yet there has been some hard times lately and rapid cash has been there for me. The first time I called I experienced horrible service the girl was rushing me off the phone. Yet behold I met Candace she has been great thru every transaction. She even remembers my name. I appreciate her service and others were helpful too. Thanks for the loans!
