  Poor Customer Service Recently, made an inquiry about their services by phone. Lady was unfriendly by phone. She did answer my questions promptly though. It didn't make me feel comfortable to take my taxes to this establishment.

  I called to get information on my policy, the SO CALLED "MANAGER "by the name of DAVIE was very rude. Talk about poor customer service. As per him this is the only location. (no wonder why if people like him are working there and call themselfs "MANAGER" if i was the owner I'd only want one too. I am now going to another insurance company(since the "MANAGER" thinks this is the only place in san antonio to get insurance)where they agents there are more helpful and kind. I wouild NEVER reffer anyone to this insurance agency. EVER. I feel really bad for the clients that are currently with them and there future clients if they even stay open for more clietns.
