::The place looks nice and spacious, loved the bar chairs -so comfortable. Unfortunately, service was not so good. The place was not busy there were 5 or six people sitting by the bar. In order to get a drink refill, or to get salt or pepper we had to constantly wave at the staff two, three times before somebody would pay attention to us. It felt like bartenders were talking to other customers and didn’t care much about to make sure if we had enough of everything. I will not be back because , because it’s just easier to have some wine in my own kitchen and not to feel uncomfortable and ask people to get me things.

::Went for Valentines and got a set menu for the occasion. First course (cold) arrived within 5 seconds, then 3rd course arrived after what seemed like forever, the waiter excused himself and went to get our 2nd courses then came back with the 3rd courses which most certainly had been waiting under the heat lamp since it first came to our table. Meat ruined. Dessert tasteless. Absolutely unprofessional and not at all up to par with what we expected from Voltaggios team. The restaurant wasnt even busy.

::Super slow service, asked for a red wine, got white after 10 mins, sent back, stoll waiting for the red after 10+ more mins, maybe 20. No greeter at entrance, had to chase someone down to get a table. Hopefully my wine and food will arrive ny breakfast time tomorrow. Not recommended - if I am lucky and can taste the food perhaps I can revise this entry. I had so much time while waiting, I was catching up with work emails - from the time stamps I figured out that I walked in aroin 8:50pm. When I wrote the top part of the review it was around 9:23 I think. It must have been 5 mins to catch the person who turns out to be the manager, get a table; 10 mins to get the wrong (white) wine, weite my first review paragraph after 13 mins... after further waiting finally my medium steak arrived around 9:37; red wine at 9:38. Called the manager (who was the person I caught on entry) and said I just gave this place a 1 star online. She said I was a walk-in on Valentines Day and they were busy (I’ve seen busier and better places many times). After all the waiting, the food is good. The manager wants my star rating to increase by the time I finish. Let’s see - I migh not return to this review (and to this place). Ok - I’m back because it’s only fair. The manager offered a omplimentary desert, so I am upgrading to 2 stars. If it was not for the lack of attention for 40 mins and the lack of anything to nibble on while waiting, I could have considered 4 stars for the food aspect. Wow; I have to give one more upgrade to my stars here - up to 3 stars; additional 20% discount on total. I may give this place another chance next time I am around. At least they seem to care. I will take the busy Valentines Day explanation this time.

::Went there opening week, loved it. Spent our first New Year's Eve together there. Loved It. I proposed there. I am a fan of Voltaggio's restaurants, and like the fact that they are all different, with one constant: great service, great food. This is NOT comfort food, it is creative, delicious, and different. The wine selection is superb.

::This place is so disorganized! Food portions are very small for the price they are charging. They forgot to bring my drink but still wanted to charge me for it. The restaurant is fancy looking but the food is not good at all!!! Please go to the Cheesecake Factory next door. Please don't waste your money going to this restaurant. It was such a waste of my wallet 👎🏽
