  I had a similar experience as the "Rude on the Phone" person. Today when I went to the store my partner was touching one of the table games that he liked and was interested in. When we moved on to see some other stuff around the store, the sale lady came up and stared at the piece as if my partner had stolen something. This was rude and unprofessional. The sales person had once again lost another customer due to her attitude.

  I have bought a number of items from this store (from furniture to accessories) and have always found them to be extremely helpful and friendly, including recommending other places to look if what they had really didn't seem to fit what I was looking for. As for "Rude on the Phone" I can only imagine it was an anomaly or perhaps more a reflection of the caller's own attitude and approach to the conversation.

  Called to get some information about what they carry. I was made to feel like I was trying to sell them something they didn't want. The woman acted as if I was an intrusion upon her day. Thanks for no help, you won't get my business.
