  Not a bad place. Just please be aware that there are lots of homeless people around. They pretty much keep to themselves though.

  Fry's, Goodwill, H&R Block, fuel station, Pawn Shop, strip mall with others... Always seems moderately busy. Easy parking and plenty of handicap parking/access.
