  The people at Randi's, and especially "the Asian man" as another reviewer referred to him, are extremely professional and competent. They are always courteous, they don't lose your clothing, and my clothing always comes back neat and clean.

  Very professional and respectful customer service. There was a minor issue relating to the timing of the service (actually serviced twice) but was handled very promptly and efficiently

  After going to Randi Cleaners for over 25 years, I am thoroughly disgusted at the recent lack of professionalism displayed by the Asian man behind the counter. After paying for a dress that I brought in to be cleaned, I realized that the stains didn't come out. I was told "we do not guarantee results". Well then either don't take my money if you didn't do the job or split the cost with me for a dress I ended up leaving there. I am very disappointed and will never go back there. I will also tell friends and family not to go there.
