  Experience: came in to check a car noise. They provided a very good service. Place: very clean, nice garage, lobby with snacks, coffee and comfy seating. Staff: very friendly and accomodating. I couldn't be happier. Price: did not overcharge for anything. (To my great surprise). I'll be back.

  Took my car in for the airbag recall. Left with my lights stuck on (disconnected battery when I got home). Leather handbrake material ripped off (offered to crazy glue it back on, told me couldn't be them, they didn't work there). Dashboard considerably looser. 5$ toll money missing from the glovebox. Manager wouldn't do nothing for me but charge me to fix it, and blamed it on me (I didn't get 100 ft before turning around and calling authorities) saying this is all made-up and had nothing to do with them...actually the guy in line behind me when I dropped off was complaining he got ripped for 2000$ service plan that got used up all in 4000 Mike oil changes over 42000k miles. When I brought it up with the manager he told me his people don't do that stuff. Obviously this time they did. I'm honest blue collar and was laughed out of the office. Oh and my car almost shook apart on the highway (no problem on the way there) Thieves/crooks. Stay far away.

  Everyone I've dealt with has always been very nice. They work quickly and efficiently. Can't see myself bringing my car to another dealer.

  1st time Subaru owner with first time Ramsey Service Center experience. Upon entering the garage at 8:30am I was greeted by 4 friendly happy employees . One took me to Esma. Enthusiastic, Happy, Well Mannered an asset too your company. Spotless headlight assembly replacement work. Waiting area was like the best I've seen anywhere, clean and. comfortable. 😎 I

  Very friendly staff and a nice area to wait for your car. The service was quick and completely painless. The guy I spoke with was very straightforward about everything and made sure I understood all the charges and what was going on. My only issue is that I had mentioned a noise coming from what I thought to be the idler or maybe the alternator and asked them to look into it. They said they tried to replicate the noise but couldn't and they checked my belts and whatnot and found nothing. I know it's a classic case of mystery car noise but it's a little annoying.
