  I ask for regular gas later I notice in my receipt show is super gas for 2:73per gallon instead of 2:34 for regular which I asked for

  Stay far, far away from this crook. My stepdaughter took her VW to him when the timing belt broke. Unfortunately this caused significant damage to the cylinder head. He charged her over $3,200.00 for parts and labor. I've been selling parts the better part of my adult life and the prices Chip charged her for parts is absolutely CRIMINAL. I understand he's entitled to make some margin on reselling parts, but this is way beyond excessive: Timing Belt and water pump kit $431.19. I can buy the EXACT same kit for $185.99; Spark plugs - he charged her $29.06 each - I can buy them for $8.51 each; Drive Belt - his price $44.17, vs. my cost of $19.75; and on and on. When she picked the car up it ran horribly so she took it right back to him. He claimed he fixed it - same problem again after 5 miles. She called him and he essentially blew her off and told her it was fine and that she didn't know what she was talking about. I hooked it up to a code scanner and it has multiple codes for vacuum leaks, high idle error, etc. This time I called him and he had a MAJOR attitude. Now it's going back for the 3rd time. This is a major inconvenience for all of us as she relies on her car to get back and forth to work. His invoice clearly states "Warranty on parts and labor is one year or 12,000 miles whichever comes first." It would seem that's not the case as he seems to have absolutely no interest in satisfying his customers, rather robbing them blind - especially a young woman who he took horrible advantage of...
