  Bad service here, I found a hair in my ice cream and they didn't want to replace it. I complain to corporate office and they never called me back. I will never go with here again I will stick to Sonic doesn't matter how cheap Rally's is. I'm a very unhappy and dissatisfied customer. What is worse is that corporate never called back, so I guess they just don't care.

  Two drive thru lanes and apparently we got in the lane that was closed? After minutes we pulled up to the window to be greeted after a few More minutes...pleasant male took our order and apologized. Got our food..he apologized again. Food was GREAT! May give em another try?!?!

  Love the fries from Rally's... Just not this one. Got my food. Fries were cold. No problem. Pull back up. All for fresh, hot fries. Kid said it's gonna be awhile. I said I know. I'd rather eat hot, fresh fries. Tells me to pull forward n wait. Exactly 1 minute later. Here you go sir. I say thanks. Pull out Luke warm fry. Then a super hot fry. Them a room temp fry. Conclusion: They refilled my fry box and nuked it for approximately 30 seconds and sent it out. Never going back to this location If they are going to be this lazy.

  I used a coupon at this location for the deep sea fish combo. Their fries are unmatched. The drive thru workers were hard working- they had a ton of business. I asked for Sweet Iced Tea but they gave me cola instead. I wasn't angry nor did I go switch the drink. It was lunch hour and they were getting slammed. I came back later that day, used a second coupon, and left a tip. Great location.

  Several years ago I lived extremely close to this location and had a taste for a few things on their menu. Fast forward to June of 2017, when I started driving past it for work and would stop once a week for food and more importantly, the banana shake. My very first experience back - no milkshakes. Literally until the end of summer, this place couldn't sell me a milkshake. After several visits, I got my first in late August. Since then, I manage to purchase a shake once every third visit, if I'm lucky. Nothing against the staff, and it sometimes takes a little bit to get your food. I have no issues with either of those. But man, if you get a shake from here, you're quite lucky.
