  Regular service. You are treated well here. Easy to get appointment and loaner. Nice lounge. TERRIBLE ACCESS FROM VIADUCT. So many near misses. Wish they would lobby for light or slow sign.

  It was the end of a terrible week. I had credit card fraud to deal with, on top of being sick and taking care of a sick child. Coming to get a recall on my car was the last thing I wanted to do but Mike from service was really great. He greeted with a smile and was very professional. I got a loaner car for my convenience and when I returned to retrieve my car the next day, to my surprise my car was washed. That little gesture made my day and it was the little things that would make me want to come back.

  Had a a great experience, from finding what I wanted to the puchase of a new vehicle, at this dealership. Very modern and clean. The salesperson was extremely helpful throughout the entire process and not pushy (a plus).

  One of the most impressive Mercedes Benz dealerships I have ever had the pleasure of visiting. Beautiful building and separate service department, impressive inventory and staff. Kudos !

  Great customer service and I got 2 great leases from them in the pasted year. Danny Park is very friend and not pushy, willing to work with you. All the staff's at the service dept are great too.
