::Today March 19th spoke with an agent Richard he act like he was hard of hearing repeatedly myself way to much.. He took all of my personal information & then proceeded to tell me he’ll call me back not hold on on hold but call me back with all of my personal information he also asked me to send a picture of my drivers license which I believe is weird. I did feel comfortable & he seemed very unprofessional
