  Love this place for hanging out with friends or by myself. Especially when it's bright n sunny. U should also visit the Sylvan groove that's LEFT to the Rainier Vista, and UW herb garden that's RIGHT to the Rainier Vista. They both r easy to miss out as they r hidden.....

  You can see mt rainier if the weather permits. The fountain smells like duck turd. It gets cleaned once every two years

  Very nice place to visit on a bike ride around this area of Seattle, originally the site of a World's Fair, a square where UW Seattle students hang out in between classes and to eat from lunch trucks, and once a year the place for Japanese tourists and photographers to photograph the Cherry Blossoms with a view of "Tacoma Fuji" Mount Rainier.
