  When I first placed my call to inquire about mold removal services I was pleased with how friendly the woman that answered was (it turns out that she is John's wife). She took down my information and within an hour I received a call back saying that John was currently available to stop over at my house for an estimate. I cannot overstate how pleased I was with John's visit. He was extremely knowledgeable, straightforward, and honest which I know is a concern many people have when hiring someone to handle work such as water damage and mold in their home. I just want to thank John and his wife for turning an unpleasant situation into such a positive experience.
