  Kalani is simply wonderful. So accommodating and friendly, I always feel welcome and comfortable. She takes lots of steps to make you feel at home and relaxed during an otherwise unpleasant process. She provides lidocane and applies witchhazel and ices the treated area after she is finished, which is a lovely touch. Her work is fantastic, you can really see the care and attention she puts into zapping each and every hair, and the results show it. Can not recommend enough!!
