  Rainbow Drive-in! What a great find. They have full plates and side portions, side portions are great if you to try multiple food items. Each item we tasted was great and we would certainly go back. Try the Loco Moco, a local favourite, a hamburger on rice, covered with a overeasy egg and tons of gravy. Chili - was super tasty We were lucky and went on a Sunday, so they had the beef stew available, this was similar to a classic French style and was well seasoned. My personal favourite was the Vanilla ice cream float over a cherry slushy. 😍 Oh yea and we also got the plate lunch which was also very good!

  Been going here since I was a kid and it's a great spot. It will be busy (filled with tourist now), but it's worth the wait. The best item is the loco moco. Its rice, patty, with egg and gravy. Definitely a great choice and a local style plate lunch. The parking is tight so you may have to park on the street and the seating is outdoor. Watch out for the birds they will eat your food is you leave it unattended.

  Great prices and portions but it was very very greasy. Everything was fried. We got the sampler plate with fish and beef and chicken and it was all fried which we didn't know when we ordered it. Tasted good if that's what you're looking for, but it's pretty heavy. It had been recommended by local friends. There was a line of locals too. We weren't highly impressed.

  Loved this place. Burgers and fries were legit. The sauce that came with burger was good too. Nice place to grab a quick bite. Prices seemed reasonable too.

  we had to stop here as tourist's because it is kind of a local legend spot. we were pleased with the tater tots and cheeseburger ordered. they also have certain days where they serve specific dishes and that was kind of a bummer. the staff is nice and the line gets long! i would suggest you come with a little time to spare just to make sure you don't get caught when it's too busy
