  Was going there for a few weeks and then we bought a white shirt and they spilled some kind of cleaning chemical on it. The owner refused to pay for it or even half of it. She even made up some story of how she pointed the stain out to me when I dropped off my husbands shirt, which she was completely making up. My husband is a banker and does not deal with any cleaning chemicals. She also has a rewards program that I was interested in enrolling and she said that she could not afford to buy any more cards, since she had to buy them in bulk to hand out so we could not participate. I would definitely go somewhere else.

  Terrible customer service! They ruined three JOS A Bank Shirts, and then argued that we didn't even bring our shirts there. This is not the first time I have had issues with this place, they don't stand by their product, which is clean (not DYED red) laundry service. Avoid at all costs

  My wife and I have been using this place for years - we love the owners, love the service, and have never had a problem with lost or damaged clothes. Very very happy with them!
