  A great experience deserves to be spread aloud. If anyone has experienced car troubles, they know that finding a good mechanic is a challenge, fortunately family of mine had recommended Rainbow Paint & Collision Inc. when I got in an accident two weeks ago. Once I got to the shop, I asked for Willy, the owner, he is an honest, nice, helpful and hard working man who helped me out. Here are some qualities that Rainbow Paint & Collision Inc. had, which lead to 100% satisfaction by me. 1. Good reputation-through word of mouth, I found Rainbow Paint & Collision Inc. Family of mine, previous customers, have always been satisfied with the services their automobiles had. 2. Customer service-when I called, panicked after a car accident, Willy (the owner) reassured me that everything would be okay, he put me at ease, and I knew my car was in good hands. 3. Honest man, Willy was honest about the entire job, he gave me a quote at an honest price for the job and was truthful about the time he would take to complete it. 4. Communication between me and the shop was continuous. Willy was able to translate complex technical jargon into plain English for me. 5. Hard work showed. My car was completely repaired from a car accident in less than three weeks. The shop was dedicated to the job until it was completed and did not slack off at my expense. 6. Certified-this ensured me that Willy, is up-to-date on the latest technologies and techniques in the industry, even though my car is from 2006. I am not the neatest person in the world, and when I got the car back it had been waxed, cleaned, vacuumed, shampooed--I don't remember if my car was even this clean when I drove it for the first time. I know how Yelp reviews work, because I use them to judge whether or not I will try something. Yelp reviews can help or hurt business's (especially small ones) so I knew the right thing to do was spread the good word about Rainbow Paint & Collision Inc. Willy put in the extra work that mades me truly appreciate the job he did on my baby (car). It looks better than new! Thank you for all the hard work!!!
