  Hands down best gym in Seattle! Powerlifting, Olympic lifting or recreational! Owner is super friendly and gym is very clean.

  If I had known that a gym could be this cool, I would have signed up years ago. :) The owner is approachable and very reasonable, and the vibe of the place is laid back and positive. What a great addition to the neighborhood!

  I love this gym! The people are so warm and welcoming and the equipment is great! Stefanie and Ben are awesome trainers! I really feel like part of a community here!
