::Very clean and well kept. Rooms are a little small if you're traveling with a lot of people but other than that it's great. If you're in to a spooky time too, there's a secret hallway on the 3rd floor for any adventurers out there too. The staff is very friendly and the beds are extremely comfy. The shower water actually isn't freezing cold either! Nice and warm. Only downside is that there is no kitchen area in the rooms, just a coffee maker. All other appliances like a microwave or ice maker are either in the hallways or down in the lobby.

::Great, comfortable room. Good enough bar in the lobby. Affordable place near the airport for a business trip. Would recommend

::I consistently go out of my way to stay at Radisson properties, because they have always been updated, with exceptional service and gorgeous rooms. I'm a Club Carlson member (for what it's worth), and like to keep collecting/using points on trips as well. All my brand loyalty to Radisson aside, I would NEVER stay at this property again. It looks nothing like the pictures on the website. The elevator was missing paint, the whole hotel had a VERY rundown feel. The room was overly humid, and the bedding did not feel clean. From the second I walked in the door, I felt like I was staying at a cheap motel. The front desk clerk was rude. We had a Business Class room, and when I inquired after the Business Lounge most Radissons have, she told me that this "was not a snobby Radisson" and didn't have one. I was shocked that she would say that about her own hotel to a guest, and felt uncomfortable like she thought I was snobby for asking. If it wasn't late at night when we arrived, we would have turned around, even after paying, to find a different hotel. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE.

::First, bear in mind that this hotel was built immediately next to the airport terminal. The terminal then closed, and a new one opened some distance away. So, this huge facility was left next to a large abandoned building. Even so, the staff, I believe, makes the best of their lot. Many hotels in the area simply went out of business when the terminal closed. The Radisson is one of the few that has survived. Even so, and even with the probably lower priority given to the location by Radisson corporate, there were several complaints I could make. I am handicapped, so I was limited in the rooms I could use. One thing I require is handicapped bathroom facilities. The first night, they put us in a room that would have been perfect for someone who had been in a wheelchair most of their lives; a good distance from the front desk, and the bathroom had a tub. We requested a room with a roll in shower, and we elected to stay one night in the room with a tub. I noticed, oddly, that, although there was a support bar for a hand held shower head, no such head was installed. The second night, we were in the room with the shower and, again, a support bar but no hand held shower nozzle. Considering the size of the shower, it was quite odd. Combined with a slippery tile floor, showering was a frightening experience. Next, the beds were beyond firm. They were more like military billets. I did not have a good night's sleep the entire time we were there (5 nights). I am sure visiting Klingon dignitaries would have been pleased by them. The furniture was an interesting mix. Some of it seemed relatively new, but the office chair and "desk" were old and stained. Apparently, someone with poor hygiene had stayed there at some point, and decided to sit on the office chair without much clothing on. It was apparent that the staff had tried to clean the resulting, ahem, marks, with a moderate level of success. The desk itself was bowed toward the middle, and there were significant scuff marks along the front and sides. Finally, the heating and cooling system was antiquated and apparently was either fully on or fully off. I did not have the courage to try the "high" setting, as the low setting was strong enough to conduct aerodynamic experiments. Add to that the constant sounds of aircraft taking off and landing immediately overhead, and the experience was mediocre. I only gave three stars because the staff was wonderful and did whatever they could to mitigate the problems.

::Went for a relatives wedding and the reception/brunch were wonderful. The lobby was also very attractive and there was ample parking. The rooms were dirty. The sleep number beds did not work. The vent in the shower didn't work. Despite having three people in the room for three days, each day we only had enough towels for two people. And finally, we had a very negative experience where despite numerous attempts and calls to the front desk, our room was not cleaned/serviced. The staff was less than helpful and it was terrible to feel like an inconvenience as a guest when asking for clean towels. I was also underwhelmed with the response from the GM, who gave me a half-hearted apology, blamed their Hispanic employees, and asked us to give them a second chance. No thanks.
