  I have had great experiences at Racquet Shack. Ron has been very helpful to me, and I give him and his store my highest recommendations. I have found him to be both very knowledgeable and friendly. I bought a tennis racquet from Ron and have brought my racquets in for regular stringings. Ron has been very patient in explaining different options to me. I have found him to be both very honest and more than fair in terms of pricing. He has gone so far as to share literature that he has received on string technology that I expressed an interest in. With regards to strings, I have discussed arm pain issues I have had as well as concerns about breaking strings, and Ron has offered helpful suggestions that have fully satisfied my needs. He is very well-respected in the Tucson tennis community, and many players I know are also loyal customers.

  Received friendly and knowledgeable service from a local shop who was able to answer a lot of the questions I had. Will be back when I need my racquets restrung!

  For consistent results I will only get my racquet re-strung by Ron at the Racquet Shack. Ron is extremely knowledgeable and uses only top notch materials. No other shop in town can compare!
