  3.5 (I rounded up.) This is a cute place to get a haircut. If you’re used to a posh environment with a bustling team, this is not the place for you. It’s homey and quaint. The young girl who cut my hair was very attentive, and she really wanted to a good job. The haircut was great; however, when drying my hair, she alternated between burning my scalp and bumping my head (with the dryer itself). I left there looking like Jon Bon Jovi (which, I suppose, is a risk one takes when venturing to a new Long Island salon), but all was fine when I restyled my hair at home. I would try this salon again, if necessary, but only in the summer, when I can leave with wet hair.

  I used Jamie from Racine Salon for my wedding day. Jamie was incredibly amazing!! She is such a sweet person and put me totally at ease the morning of my wedding. She arrived at 6am but you’d never know it was that early by how awake and attentive she was! I have had her cut and style my hair a couple times before the wedding, and she did my hair trial as well so I felt very comfortable working with her and felt she had a great understanding of what I wanted for my wedding day. Sure enough, she did an amazing job with my hair, and everyone else’s as well. I truly admired her ability to stand and do hair for several hours on end and still have a smile on her face!! In addition to Jamie’s phenomenal services, I also find Racine Salon to be a wonderful place to go for any hair needs. The staff is friendly and accommodating and prices are reasonable. I highly recommend Jamie and the rest of the Racine team!

  Absolutely the best place! I've been here for make-up, hair cuts, hair styling and dye jobs. Every visit has been spectacular. Atmosphere is easy. Pricing is great. A+ across the board.

  WOW!! Being new to the area my daughter and I were lucky to find this salon for manicures and pedicures. I was surprised to actually meet the owner who was there the entire time and very friendly. She came over a couple of times to see if there was anything we needed, even providing us with hot coffee and tea. She gave us her personal card in case we wanted to know anything about the area or had questions about other local businesses. The staff was very professional and friendly. I highly recommend them and will absolutely be back for other services!
