  Very impressed with Mr.Kim's skills. Someone mentioned you get a Manhattan haircut with Queens' price. Amen to that.

  I went for a trim for my straight shoulder length hair. The wash and initial "macro" trim was OK. Then another customer came in for color. My hair dresser just started to blow dry at this point. Then he quickly turned to serve the other client, and left me with his assistants to blow dry, which was OK too. The other client ended up leaving without any service. I thought the hair dresser will come back to me, but he didn't. His assistant just took my apron out and said it's done. It was only about 20 mins. When he cut my hair, it was all wet, he couldn't possibly how it would come out when it's all dry. So I insist he should do some detailed trim on the end, and touch my side bang at least. He did about 5 minutes touch up afterwards. Without showing me the back of my head, without asking me if I am satisfied, he took the apron off again. I was in and out in about half an hour. I have never done a haircut in such a short time, usually around 1 hour. It was just HALF WAY DONE. My hair was divided in the middle when he did the initial cut, he never asked which way I usually divide my hair. I thought that's the way he does it, because there would be fine trimming afterwards. When I got home, I found my hair on the left and right aren't even the same length!!! It was totally a waste of money! What upset me most was, the hair dresser looks totally capable of doing a better job, but he doesn't listen to your request, and just wants to rush you out... It was still an hour before close by the time I left. I don't know why they get such good reviews. But it's the worst haircut I had in 10 years.

  Kim is the best!!! I’ve never had an experience like I’ve had here. He’s quick and did exactly what I wanted! They deserve 20 stars!!!!!

  excellent service and hair cut. love it! so glad to have found a great salon in my neighborhood instead of going in to Manhattan.
