  I wish I could give negative stars this woman was disgustingly rude to my mother, charged her for a pocket and hem repair but fixed NOTHING. Would not recommend, not sure how they're still open.

  It's a shame how they seem to not care about quality, I'm in a wedding on 10/14 and it's 10/6, I brought my dress here on 9/11 to have length removed and to alter the sleeves on my dress. They informed me that I could pick the dress up on 10/6 and she promised when she finished she would call me so I can try it on sooner and not worry. I didn't get a call so today 10/6 I went in to pick up my dress. I was horrified at the outcome, I don't know how anyone would find it acceptable to wear a dress like this! It looks like it's falling a part! I understand she said she was having family issues but that doesn't mean to produce quality work, I stated that she had it for over 3 weeks and she stated, "the dress has been done for over 3 weeks" and I asked why she didn't call me if it was like she promised, she said a family emergency... I still ended up paying $80!! I'm now taking the dress to another alterations so they can hopefully fix this. I'm sorry but DO NOT go here for alterations, the only thing I would is to have length removed but even that was uneven. She's a sweet woman but I think it's time to retire or to stop taking alterations. Don't blame the dress material for the lack of quality and don't blame a persons body....
