  6pm. Friday. Anaheim. The upper portion of the agitator on my Whirlpool Thin-Twin stacked washer/dryer wasn't agitating, which was irritating. The agitator dogs had finally quit. I needed a new set, and now. 605pm. Friday. The Innerwebs. A quick price check online. I can order the dogs for $1 for a bag of 4. A quicker check of Google Maps showed an appliance repair shop that I'd never noticed before located just down the street. They close at 7pm. 620pm. Friday. My car. Driving to R&S, I realize i forgot my $1. Turn around. 630pm. Friday. Back in my car. Found the shop easily enough. It's facing Harbor. It's in a house, an older home that has been re-zoned commercial. There was parking on Harbor at the curb 200ft down the street. The parking area around the shop was filled with R&S service vehicles. 645pm. Still Friday. R&S. I was sure I was in the right place as I had to wend my way past several large appliances consuming the walkway and the front porch to get to the door to the shop. The door stood open, the entry spilling me into the once-living-room, now parts warehouse. A long parts counter bisected the room. On my side, me, along with several washers, dryers, water heaters, etc etc. The water heaters were marked with prices WELL BELOW any big box stores. The other side of the counter was all shelves and parts and voices. After a short wait, the voices became a lady and two kids. The lady greeted me and came to the counter. The kids were chasing a puppy from the parts-side of the counter to my side and then out the front door. In their wake was silence. I filled it with my query. She seemed quite knowledgeable. She knew what I needed and what the parts were for.. Alas, they were all out. She then got in touch with one of their service vans - he had the part and he would be to the shop in 10min. Great initiative. This parts person rules! Cost? $10. oh man, that is 10x what it is worth. Sure, it is only $10, but I couldn't make a 1000% mark-up work in my head. I had to pass. 705pm. Friday. Anaheim. No agitator dogs for me. Meh, I'm more of a cat person anyways.

  They have a very good pre- used refrigerators in good condition,dryers and washers too.

  I did buy a good washer and I recommended other people and are happy with the service provider everything good
