  I do not recommend R Mark Rose I hired Rose 1-3 years ago. Teresa handled my Divorce / Separation matter. I have previously worked with another lawyer. I hired Rose to represent me a an uncontested divorce. In the 3 years relationship that I had with her she did not do anything except take my check to the court to file the initial paperwork. None of the other paperwork was ever done, they lost documents and I got excuse after excuse why the paperwork wasn't done. I kept getting promises that the paperwork would be done "next week" and that she was in the processing of reviewing it. What should have taken 6 months to complete will now take me about 4 yearss!!! Do not waste your time, money or energy on hiring this attorney. mark unresponsive and always unavailable. And I am about take him to state bar he jeopardise my divorce case.... And i am also about to sue Mark Rose for incompetencemy case.

  Mark Rose was not able help me file for a default divorce and obtain the custody I was looking for. If there was ever a concern, Mark wasmoney oriented there is no human there!.... he will never and ever fix or explain the situation clear and make you sign things. Mark doesnt understand or cares about clients, Divorce is never easy and he makes you feel not comfortable talking about it , he is not being sensitive to the subject and always acting in a very uncaringly way. I would definitely NOT recommend him to anyone in need of a as family/divorce lawyer

  Mark Rose handled my divorce and custody battle. I got everything I wanted and more! He made sure my experience was easy for me to understand, as stress free as possible and is was over and done within the 6 mos that he had informed me. From the moment I called in asking for a FREE consult he was very friendly, very much knowledgeable, and very much willing to help especially since I had no idea on how to get what I needed for my sons well being. He is NOT like most attorneys who are only money hungry! He genuinely cares about his clients and what's in their best interest. He is also very well known within the courts. Every court hearing, the judges spoke such great things of him! He is affordable, he is prompt and best of all he is Experienced!!!! He did such a great job and made my life easy I referred his name to everyone I know. As of now, he took care of my divorce, my brothers divorce and now my cousin. I met with many attorneys but he was the best hands down!!!! You won't regret working with MARK ROSE!!!
