  I wish I can give this funeral home a big fat ZERO!!!!! They are very unprofessional and very insensitive and most of all they have no communication skills. I could go on and on about my situation, but if I do it would be never ending. Please if you are reading this take this as a WARNING!!!! you would not be satisfied with their services. And the one lady Maria who works there is a LAIR!!!. You would have added stress on top of losing a loved one.when you leave there because of how Ortiz funerealOrtiz funeral home treats you. I tried to call the main Ortiz funeral home and get to speak to someone about my situation and no one ever called me back to try to rectify nor even apologize for their mistake. So Save yourself the headache & stress during your time of grief. Do not go to ANY Ortiz funeral home. You have been warned read all the other reviews.

  This funeral home is absolutely the worst. They only deal with CASH and they expect you to pay a tun of $$$$$$ for a box and services even if you already have the plot at the cemetery. A funeral home should be the last home like place for the family to be able to put to rest their loved ones not to put to debt their family. It is UNBELIEVABLE they are such CROOKS and DISHONEST. Business is business well the jokes on ya because my family business is going else where. NEVER EVER AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! DON'T GO THERE PEOPLE. THE ONE IN SOUTHERN BLVD, BX IS WAY CHEAPER AND MORE UNDERSTANDING!!!
