  Had an 8:30 to 9:00 a.m. appointment. Tied up the cat at 8:25 to be prepared. At 9:30 the repairman had not arrived. My husband called to check on an ETA. Was told by the repairman that traffic was bad. A minute later, the repairman called back and said he wouldn’t be serving our AC as he had heard “grit” in my husband’s voice. He decided to “pass on this job” and move on to his next appointment. This company had been recommended by the AC manufacturer; they will also be notified.
