  Randy is really cool. A little expensive for me but I believe it is and was worth the money. He opened up my company and explained A to Z what I was filing each quarter and what I was paying for. I never felt lost, always knew what I was paying for. Flexible and really easy to work with. Answers your calls whenever you have a question. Gives you calls to keep up with your company activities. Tries his best to save you the money and keep you out of legal issues

  this guy is scum of the earth, he expects you to pay him monthly for doing absolutly nothing. I asked him to file an extension for my business and he charged me $200 to click a button. He lives in the stone age. We are in 2017 he expects you to write out an expense sheet like its the 1980's. Charges you for absolutly nothing. If you do not want to get audited go elsewhere and also you might as well attempt to do your taxes yourself bc you will be kicking yourself in the behind
