  I stopped by to get a custom frame made for a diploma, replace broken glass in an existing frame, and have a few custom matts created for existing frames. The glass was repaired during the 15 minutes I was designing the custom frame for the diploma, the custom matts were completed within 2 days and I received a courtesy call that these were ready if I wanted them sooner than waiting for the custom frame. And the custom frame was completed within a week. The matts and custom framed diploma were PERFECT and looked very professional. The staff was knowledgeable, conscientious, friendly, and customer-focused. I would highly recommend R&M for their custom framing capabilities and quality, but mostly for their high customer service standards.

  Rene is an awesome guy - he has seemingly infinite patience when my wife and I go in with our framing and re-framing needs. He is happy to spend all the time you have to find the perfect set of frame, matt and glass. Very sensitive to your budget, no upselling and an all round great guy You have a choice of one of his ready-made frames with a price that includes standard matt, glass options, or choose from his vast selection of frame samples. The art he displays on the walls is pretty good - all from local artists and good for 'I want it to look like that' options. If you have no idea what to choose, Rene has a million ideas on what will display your art to it's best. Park right outside, it's pretty quiet most of the time. His son is a great artist and you can visit his gallery next door.

  Rene made a beautiful frame for me recently. I needed an old painting framed for a coworker's retirement gift and it happened to be an odd size. After failing to find the right-sized frame using my traditional methods, I realized I would need to go custom. I found R & M framing through a Google search and decided to fill out the contact form on the website. Rene contacted me almost immediately. He communicates by phone and also through text, which was extremely convenient for me. It was also great because he sent me some pictures of different frames and I was able to send him a picture of the painting and the type of paper it was. I met Rene after work and he looked at the painting and offered me different options for frames, matting, and glass. He also worked with me to match the materials with what I could afford. Rene finished the frame within just a couple of days and it turned out amazing! The matting he chose complements the painting and is just beautiful. My coworker was very touched. I definitely recommend R & M Framing and I will be back again.
