  A run in with a Transphobic security guard named Markus (GCI security), who took it upon himself to knock on the restroom door until I exited, then decided to determine what I have between my legs, and threatened to physically remove me from the store if I did not leave within the next 5 seconds.

  That's alright! That's okay!who would have known I'd pump my own gas one day. Friendly service and always stocked when I need something. What more could you want?

  I love the QT....but I just ask Caleb (guy at register) could he suggest that the young Lady put a net on over her hair...he was so like that's not necessary. I would have given more stars.

  Men's restroom has a very foul odor I informed management about this and was told they didn't smell anything , other customers have confirmed that they smell a foul odor as well and management didn't do anything about it. The store manager quit she got tired of it and said to hell with it , this location has GCI security present sometimes at night. The security officers are nice but the security company is a horrible company and its owned by one of quiktrip manager's father. I wonder if quiktrip is aware of this because the manager had her father fire one of the security officers at the Ferguson location on W. Florissant across from the Walmart by I-270. Nasty parking lot , nasty restrooms , stalls in the men's restroom frequently seen with out of order signs on the stall doors , the water at this location tastes like pipes I informed management and clerks about this and its still not fixed. I filed the compliant last year about the water on the lime Gatorade tasting like pipes , freq out of order signs on fountain drinks , ice and tea seen frequently. Begging individuals outside of the store seen frequently

  Can't seem to keep my cigarettes in stock. Camel Menthol Silvers. Very common and popular brand. Been there repeatedly (more than 10 times) and told that they don't have my brand in stock. You'd think an intelligent manager would increase the amount of that brand in stock if he keeps selling out. Tired of stopping by here only to be let down over and over again. Get a new manager or beat some sense into the one you have. They've just about lost my business.
