  the kitchen needs to be consistent. today they didn't't even chop up the bacon for my breakfast bowl, they just stuffed 2 slices uncut into it. I got the right amount of eggs this time but it is random I get half a bowl or less.

  All but 3 of the cappuccino machines were either out of order or out of powder

  Well, I accidentally trashed my wallet, I asked if they could see if someone could look through the trash and they could have the $20 in my wallet because I was about 4 hrs north already. As I spoke with the cashier he pit the phone down and never picked it back up. I know its busy, but he could've had a manager take l care this situation.

  The staff is great and they can get you in and out quickly. The issue here is all the pan handlers sitting outside asking for money or making a mess of things.

  Dirtiest quick trip I've ever been in, bathrooms are so gross I didn't use them, I was grossed out I didn't even get a drink, which was the reason I stopped in the first place.
