  I have always loved this QuikTrip, but I have been very disappointed with the pumps lately. The last 5 or 6 times I’ve gone, I’ve had to hold the pump the entire time because it auto-stops the pump every couple dollars. A first-world problem, yes, but still frustrating.

  I’ve never been treated so disrespectfully and such bad customer service as I have experience tonight with a guy who is so called a manager he’s a Mexican guy with black hair and he was very disrespectful to me and my friend I will never come back to this QT ever again

  I just was refused fuel for my bag of change at the 7-11 down the street. I came here to qt ashamed and desperate to put fuel in my wife’s car. The lady behind the counter thanked me for my service and said that she would just buy me however much fuel I needed because she appreciated my service. She came back to the counter with her personal credit card and asked me if $10 would be enough. I said yes and kept saying I couldn’t accept it and continued counting my change. She then said that she would exchange my change for bills so that I wouldn’t have problems spending it for anything else I’d need. Another man came over and helped finish counting out the pennies. I had exactly $10! I informed him that the lady that originally helped me bought the fuel for me with her card and asked him to give her the $10. It was hers. As I was fueling up he came out to our car with $10... he told me that she paid it for us and wanted us to keep our money and thanked me for my service. I told the man that she really must want to make me cry. I told my wife what had happened and that I needed to go in and thank her. So she and my baby son came in to thank her with me and I asked her for a hug and couldn’t help but cry. We are struggling very much lately and this was such a kind thing to do. Neither she nor he work at this location regularly. But there kindness was over the moon kind. I have been to this station in the past on hard times and needed to cash in my collection of change for fuel and they have obliged which is kind and helpful enough. But this was amazing. Thank you so much ma’am!

  Of all the things that left an impression on me in the Dallas fort worth area, it was this gas station. The tea itself is worth the 5 hour drive back and I look forward to it my next visit. The in store mixed ice cream was AMAZING. And the staff was so friendly and the store was so clean. Never even heard the name QuikTrip before but I'm gonna remember it now.
