::Don't park here. They mislabel your car in the system in order to charge you more. The staff is extremely unhelpful. And I saw another customer complain that they'd killed his battery.

::Truly an awful experience. Despite texting well in advance, they are always late to get our car - and when it does finally come, it's reliably accompanied by some new dings or scratches. The staff are extremely lazy, slow and difficult to communicate with. Even when they screw up (forget to pull our car or pull the wrong car) there is no hustle whatsoever to remedy the problem. They've let my battery drain twice now in the 6 months I've been parking here and have always tried to blame it on my car, even though the interior lights have been left on once we've managed to jump it. Unless you enjoy torture, avoid this place at all costs.

::Found and booked at this lot via Parkwhiz. Staff were friendly and courteous. While other lots have fumbled with a reservation via Parkwhiz I've made in the past, the attendant was on top of things and was professional - quickly doing the paperwork in order to provide me with the valet ticket. Parked here for an event at Barclays Center and it was an easy 15 minute walk to the venue. Great neighborhood as well. Thanks.

::Both incompetent and dishonest. I parked our family mini-van here for three days while we were on a weekend getaway in Brooklyn. Big mistake. When I retrieved the car, the driver-side mirror was smashed. Dumb and Dumber were working that Sunday, and they did not know what to do, finally advising me to call back the next day, when a manager was working. I did and filed a claim. The garage denied the claim, writing "because the alleged damage was not reported until after the vehicle had been driven from the premises ...." Avoid this place.
