  If you decide to go to this place to get a quick drink or whatever. Please double check if you're actually getting an actual receipts and make sure it doesn't look like this. The guy who took my order almost fooled me, I ordered 3 drinks and a popcorn chicken but it doesn't show that on the picture and there isn't a price to see how much each costs! I am a minor but I am not stupid to know what those workers did, so please if you decide to go here and buy something. DO NOT BE FOOLED!

  This is my first time getting a drink here. I ordered a Jasmine tea with grass jelly, light ice, 0% sugar. As a boba fanatic, I’ve tasted boba all over Asia and this one is the worst I’ve had. The tea had no flavor and the color of the drink looked like it was mixed with half water. The quantity of grass jelly toppings only filled up 10% of the cup.

  The Chinese lady attendant doesn’t have any customer service skill. I asked for a bag, she want to charged me 10 cents, I offered to pay but cash only, no empathy or nothing. You deserve a 0 star. Thanks “CRYSTAL!!!?” And they are proud of the bad service they provided. Look at this pic. Making fun of their customer.

  Always nice coming to this Quickly location at Serramonte. Parking can be a pain, but you can get your food and relax in the mall food court. It is nice and you'll see all kinds of people socializing and just hanging out. With comfy seating and and charge ports scattered about, it helps this Quickly stand out. This time around, I used the Quickly kiosk to order and it worked great. I even got a $5 coupon code as a first time user after downloading the app. Great spot to grab a bite to eat!
