  Delicious milk tea drinks. Not much more to say. There food is pretty good also.

  They are really friendly here. I'm always greeted with a smile and they seem to really care. They are very helpful when I have questions about a drink. The drinks here are slightly cheaper than T4. There's also a good variety of snacks to choose from. The also play K-pop. Parking is limited to street parking so it can be hard to find parking at times.

  They get new items in fairly often, but you have to visit the shop to find out what they are as there are too many to just update the menu with every time. Check out their Facebook page - they post daily specials! And you can customize your drinks, which is always a plus. My favorite custom drink is an avocado taro snow with yogurt popping boba :)

  Why are there so many of these places popping up? I had a chicken rice bowl here that tasted like the rice was made with dirty mop water! I threw it away (I was already home, it was to go) and drank the super sweet sugar drink that gave me a stomach ache. I might give it a second chance if every where else ceased to exist.
