  Great service. They give free uber ride. So you don't have to wait or pay your own ride.

  I went in for my scheduled service and, as usual, everyone on the team was helpful and friendly. Joseph DeGuire was the service rep and he answered all of my questions, and consulted me when they discovered a problem. The cost was explained clearly and approved, and wound up costing less than estimated. Julia Lucas and Barbara Malcolm in customer service were extremely helpful as always and handled my account efficiently and quickly, ensuring that I did not spend any more time than necessary. However, the waiting area is very pleasant, with comfortable chairs, fresh coffee and bagels, tables for those who wish to work and convenient and immaculate rest rooms.

  The service is great. Joe kept me abreast of the situation regularly. Really nice guy! I wouldn't trust my car with anyone else. I always have a pleasant experience .... they are all so friendly.

  I visited yesterday to have an engine oil change. It was very pleasant experience as all personnel were very kind and friendly. I appreciate Barbara Malcolm, Customer Service Rep., Julia Lucas, Customer Service Rep., Ralph Fernandez, Service Adviser, and the technician who did a job done. Sorry I didn't get his name. I will be absolutely coming to have any service next time. Thank you.
