  Terrible system to call. You can't reach a representative and even when you hit the option to signify you're calling from a medical office it transferred me to a voicemail that was full and not taking messages.

  The automated system for making appointments via the phone is IMPOSSIBLY FRUSTRATING especially for the elderly. There needs to be a real person on the line for making appointments or if a person needs assistance.
