  Sales associate was very rude and unhelpful. They would not under any circumstances sell me clean urine samples. We haggled for over an hour before I was promptly removed from the building.

  I always come here, every 3 months, with an appointment and have never had any bad experiences. The staff has always been pleasant and efficient. My suggestion is to have an appointment scheduled.

  Horrible. Staff is nasty, the office is tiny and the wait is long! A woman threw up all over and the continued as nothing happened. Nobody bothered to clean the puke in the rug.

  Understaffed and it takes an hour to be seen when there's only two patients waiting. Get your act together

  Arrived at 6:35am waited over an hour and a half to have blood work drawn ridiculous
