  I have no problems ...been using this facility for about 20 years....It HAS gotten better....Today was one of the best, didn't feel a thing.

  I've never had an issue with this location and I've gone there a few times. Sometimes they are under staffed but that's more of company issue of not hiring enough staff to begin with

  I went there without appointment and it took just 15 minutes. It's very difficult to get appointment though. They asked me to Walk-in when I tried to make an appointment.

  Very poor customer service. No receptionist to greet us or any other patient upon arrival. Luckily I was with ​my father​ and I figured out the very small, unlabeled tablet to the far right of the reception desk is where his information was needed to be entered by me. What if the patient, like my father has Parkinson's and cannot use the tablet?? At no time did any employee of quest diagnostics come to the reception desk or waiting area. In the room where blood is taken, The purrell hand sanitizer is completely empty. And even scarier was the soap dispenser in the bathroom where every patient goes for urine screening, was also Completely empty! Because my father has Parkinson's and Alzheimer's disease, I had to assist him with his urine screening. I was informed they don't have large size latex gloves, so I used my own. Just prior to leaving, I noticed a full box of Large Latex gloves and requested a pair to replace the ones I was forced to use. I was denied by both female employees of quest diagnostics . They both became agitated with the fact I wanted to replace the one set of latex large gloves. I HAVE TO ASSUME THAT THIS IS A WEEKEND CREW! God help us if they are full time employees.

  I got there around 12pm they had 2 people before me. They took those 2 patients in and it was my turn. I didn't have an appointment the one lady decided to take lunch as I sat in an empty waiting room and than 35 minutes of sitting (9 months pregnant) and other people came in and the lady didn't call me. She called one of the other patients and I went up and said you skipped me. She said well she has an appointment. I said well I have been sitting in an empty waiting room for 35 minutes while your co-worker decided to take break. They just don't care.
