::I previously gave this a negative review but I'm going to bump it up to three stars. If you have to use a place like this, let me tell you what you have to do exactly to get fast service. Do it in this order. Have your doctor fax over the referral for your blood work before you get there. Don't bother with an appointment. Go exactly at the time when it opens as a walk in. Fill out your information on the iPad. Wait for your name to be called you will see it probably on a TV in front of you with a wait time. When you see the technician who was the only person there by the way make sure that you tell him you faxed over referral. You should be in and out right away. He has to be patient with the fact that they only staff one person in this place. Expect your wait time to be anywhere from what they tell you two up to an hour but once they see you you should be out pretty quick

::I've come to this Quest Diagnostics maybe 5 times over the past 2-3 years as a walk-in every time. I only had to wait to be called this morning (30 mins) as I was a walk-in & there were about 9 people ahead of me, including scheduled appointments. The Ipad in the lobby used to check only asked that you type in your first name, last name, birth month, birth day, & birth year & tap "enter" after each entry. Reading would be the only requirement to use it efficiently. I am saddened to see so many negative reviews about this place.

::Never had any issues coming here. When you have an appointment there is no wait, when you don't it all depends on how many people ahead of you. But they have an automated check in system, so it's pretty organized. My only complaint is that it's very difficult to schedule an appt.

::Update 05/2018: I'm bumping it up to 2-stars because today I had a very nice tech. She was professional and there were no issues entering my information into the computer. The draw itself was a little rough, there was a lot of needle wiggling when switching tubes, but I've had worse. Wait time was barely 10 minutes from check-in as a walk in with two people ahead of me. Original Review: I had an absolutely baffling experience at this lab. The wait time was low, but when the tech called me in, she started actively discouraging me from using Quest. As she was putting my information in the computer, she was talking about how good of a lab bioreference was and how they'd take my insurance (they don't, Quest and LabCorp are the preferred labs). When she was trying to put my provider's information in, she started cursing under her breath at the computer because the provider wouldn't show up. When discussing copay/coinsurance/potential costs for the tests I was having, she was way overselling it, telling me that the tests would most likely cost ~$200. The printed receipt and financial agreement for my tests that day was $100, and I just got the EOB back from my insurance and the ACTUAL cost is going to be $20. I was sitting there this whole time confused as to why the tech was trying to actively discourage me from using their services. The actual blood draw was completely fine, but when I had to leave urine, she told me to take all my things with me because she had to take in another patient (because she spent so much time entering my information in the computer), and that I had to separate my urine specimen into different containers myself in the one bathroom they have there. How is that even sanitary? There was no pipette or gloves given or any measures to keep everything sanitary. Just "fill this cup up to this line and take these tubes and fill them to this line". Afterwards, there's no specimen drop off spot. I had to awkwardly walk back into the room where another patient was being seen, and let the tech know I was finished. I felt like I could not wash my hands enough or use enough hand sanitizer afterwards. This was my first time going to a Quest lab, and while everything was clean and the wait time short, the tech was unprofessional and actively trying to push me to the company's competitor.

::Never had a problem. My longest wait time was about 45 minutes. But that’s only b/c a child that was fussing and 4 adults were before me.
