::Myself and 3 other patients were not able to get our blood work processed due to the computer not working. Patty, the Quest employee, re-booted at least 2 times and it never worked. She wasn't the most polite person and had the attitude of 'not my fault', which I didn't appreciate as she represents the company. She offered an insincere apology that had a negative tone. If you did not have the paper script, you could not get your work done. On top of that, Patty told us the computer problem had been ongoing for 2 1/2 months. That's unacceptable. The computer problem needs resolved and there needs to be a 2nd way of processing blood work in case the computer goes down.

::This is the worst Quest Diagnostics office I have ever visited. The wait time wasn't long at all but they sent my test results to a doctor who didn't even order the test and did not even send it to the 2 doctors they were supposed to send the results to. I tried calling while they were open twice and was on hold for over 30 minutes each time without any employee ever answering the phone. It's concerning to see them make these kind of mistakes and pathetic to see they care so little about their customers that not a single employee can answer a ringing phone in over 60 minutes.

::One of the best experiences I've had with quest! The girls at this location were so nice, getting me in and out quickly with no problems!
